When Rife went public , University of Southern California sponsored a special medical unit to study the new treatment to sick from cancer who would die anyway. After 130 days, all were cured without any side effects from the treatment.

Chief of the AMA went by train to visit his Rife in San Diego. Had their pictures, the story came to the newspaper San Diego Evening Tribune. Rife was on his way to a Nobel Prize of Medicine.
